A 90-Day Private Mentorship For Men
You built your career.
But have you built yourself?
A 90-day private transformation for men ready to reconnect with their body, purpose, presence, style, relationships and masculine energy.
For men who are ready to feel fully alive.
Dancer or not.
Before you continue, I have one mission for you.
Become PresentI’m glad you’re here.
Now let’s discover what it means to truly live.
One More Mission
Before you continue, I have another mission for you.
For the next 60 seconds, stop scrolling. Give yourself permission to do nothing but be here.
I want to take you somewhere.
You’re 80 years old.
Machines are helping you breathe.
Your body doesn’t move like it used to.
The people you wanted to love.
The man you wanted to become.
What if I had another chance?
Life gives you one chance to go back.
You’re here.
This is that moment.
Welcome back.
The Current Reality
You wake up. You open the laptop. You answer the messages. You handle what needs handling, and you handle it well.
Then the light outside changes, the day is gone, and tomorrow looks almost exactly the same.
Days become weeks. Weeks become months.
You tell yourself that later you will travel, move your body, change your style, get outside, meet someone real, feel alive again. But later keeps moving.
Nothing is wrong. That is the strange part. You are capable, respected, and often the person others rely on. And still, something in you is waiting.
You don’t need to be a dancer.
You don’t need to become someone else.
You just need to be willing to explore the man you haven’t fully met yet.
You are not lazy. You are not broken. You are a capable man who has been giving his best hours to everything except himself.
A Private Reflection
Don’t overthink it. Choose what speaks to you.
When was the last time you felt strong, energised and completely connected to your body?
Are you only looking for the right person, or becoming the man capable of creating the relationship you want?
If your job disappeared tomorrow, what would still give your life direction?
When you look in the mirror, does the way you present yourself represent the man you are becoming?
When did your world become smaller than it used to be? When was the last time you went somewhere simply because you were curious?
Where in your life are you still waiting to feel ready before you act?
How many people in your life truly know you beyond your work, achievements and social identity?
When was the last time you created, danced, spoke or expressed something without worrying about how it would be received?
You probably don’t need to change everything.
You need to start reconnecting with what you have stopped feeding.
Nothing here is saved or sent
The Deeper Problem
You already know what to do. You have read the books, saved the videos, started the routines. More information has never been the missing piece.
What is missing is connection.
You live from the neck up. Your body has become a vehicle for work rather than the place where you actually experience your life.
Nature, weather, distance, silence, physical challenge. The things that used to make you feel awake have been replaced by a screen.
You know the steps, the words, the correct way to behave. But the version of you that moves, dresses and speaks without checking first has gone quiet.
You want depth, love and real friendship. You are not sure how to build it without performing a version of yourself you do not enjoy being.
You have goals for your work. Fewer for the man doing the work. Nobody ever sat you down and asked who you actually want to become.
Underneath all of it is a quiet certainty that there is more in you. That certainty is not arrogance. It is accurate.
A Moment Of Honesty
Nothing here is saved or sent. This one is only for you.
When was the last time you actually asked yourself this question?
And still feel disconnected from life.
Being alive and truly living are not always the same thing.
Let’s go on a little journey.
You don’t need another screen.
You need more life.
Your work should support your life.
It should not become your entire life.
The Possibility
You wake before the noise and the first thing you meet is your own breath, not your inbox.
Your body feels like yours again. You stand differently. You walk differently. People notice something they cannot name.
You have been outside. Properly outside. Cold water, long trails, a morning where nobody could reach you.
You open your wardrobe and it looks like a man who knows himself. Nothing loud. Everything intentional.
On the dance floor you are no longer counting. You are listening. Your partner can feel the difference in the first eight beats.
You start conversations you would have avoided. You say what you mean. You let people see you.
And when you make a decision now, you make it, instead of researching it for another month.
Nothing about you has been replaced. Something in you has been returned.
Fit
If you recognised yourself in the second list, that is useful information. Take it seriously and come back when the timing is honest.
The Philosophy
This is not a motivational course. It is not an alpha male program. It is not about dominance, pretending to be confident, shutting down your emotions or collecting women.
It is also not about fixing a broken man. You are not broken.
Most men believe they need to become someone else. The truth is that they need to remember who they were before routine, fear, comparison and expectation made them forget.
Healthy masculine energy here means
This should feel like a modern rite of passage. At the end, the goal is not that you completed a program. The goal is that you can say, honestly, I am not the same man who started this.
The Eight Pillars
These are not modules to complete. They are the parts of a life that have to move at the same time, because a man who trains his body and neglects his relationships is still standing on one leg.
You leave the mind and come back to the body. Energy, breath, posture, strength, sleep, food, nervous system. Your body is not a tool for productivity. It is the place from which you experience everything.
Clarity instead of noise. We look at the beliefs, avoidances and old patterns that quietly run your decisions, and we replace overthinking with action you can actually take today.
Healthy masculine energy without stereotypes and without performance. Direction you can feel, boundaries you can hold, courage you can use, and the kind of presence that makes other people feel safe rather than small.
Not vanity. Self respect made visible. We build an outer image that matches the man you are becoming, so that how you look, dress and carry yourself stops contradicting who you actually are.
For the men who dance, especially bachata, the floor becomes a mirror. Do you hesitate when you lead? Do you dance to impress or to connect? Can your partner trust your direction when the music changes? We build your own identity on the floor instead of a copy of someone else.
No techniques, no games, no scripts. We work on self knowledge, honest communication, eye contact, emotional availability, and the courage to express real interest. The aim is simple. Become the kind of partner you would want to meet.
You leave the walls of your home and the edges of your routine. Sunrise without a phone. Cold water. A trail. A city you have never walked. The purpose is not tourism. The purpose is identity expansion.
Who are you when you are not working? What do you stand for? What kind of partner, friend and man do you want to be? We turn those questions into a direction you can actually live, not a vision board.
The 90 Days
Each month has its own work, its own tone and its own question. You will feel the shift between them.
Month One
I see clearly the man I have become and the life I am currently creating.
Month Two
I begin living as the man I admire.
Month Three
I lead myself and create a life aligned with my values.

The Six Private Calls
Six chapters of one passage. Each has a name and a purpose, and everything between them is where the real work happens.
These are conversations, not lectures. You talk, I listen closely, and then we decide together what the next step actually is.
Tap any chapter to open it
Seeing clearly where you are, without judgement and without looking away.
Building the body, habits, discipline and self-respect that support the man you are becoming.
The inner work starts becoming visible. Other people notice before you do.
Moving past the edge of the familiar, at a pace you can sustain.
Choosing your life on purpose instead of arriving at it by default.
Looking back at the man who entered, and naming what has changed.
What You Receive
Personalised, not packaged
This is not a course with your name written at the top. There is no shared portal, no group calls, no recycled curriculum.
The videos are recorded for you. The worksheets are written for your situation. The missions are chosen for your specific edges, your city, your body, your schedule and your fears.
A man who dances four nights a week and a man who has not left his neighbourhood in two months need different work. You will get yours.
Because the programme is built around you, the number of men I can guide at one time is limited. That is a practical reality, not a sales tactic.
Free discovery call first. No payment at this stage.
Real Life Missions
Between our calls you will receive missions. Some are physical, some social, some quiet. They are not homework and there is nothing to hand in. They are experiences designed to put you in direct contact with the man you are becoming.
Your missions are personal. They are chosen for your life, your city, your body and your specific edges, and you receive them one at a time during the journey.
Some will feel simple. Some will ask for real courage. All of them are designed to move you from understanding something to having lived it.
Missions are always adapted to your safety, your body and your life. You choose what you commit to.
You’re here.
The question is…
What are you going to do with it?
Your Guide
I wasn’t always the man you see today.
I was the boy who felt stupid at school.
I hid my bad grades because I was afraid of what would happen when my father found out. I was afraid of making mistakes, afraid of failing, and slowly I started believing that maybe I wasn’t good enough.
I was shy around women. I didn’t feel attractive. I was disconnected from my body and uncomfortable being seen.
Then, at 15 years old, in 2006, dance entered my life.
And something started changing.
For almost a year, I was still too shy to invite a woman to dance, even when my teacher kept telling me I was good enough.
My body was learning faster than my mind could believe in itself.
Slowly, that changed.
At 17, I started teaching dance and earning money doing something I loved. I competed. I became a champion in Lebanon. Eventually, dance took me around the world as an international artist.
The boy who was afraid of being seen became someone who could stand in front of hundreds of people.
Dance didn’t just teach me how to move. It started teaching me who I was.
But success didn’t mean all my wounds disappeared.
I still had
And then my own mind became one of my biggest challenges.
For almost three years, I experienced panic attacks.
Some nights, simply closing my eyes and surrendering to sleep made me feel like I was going to die.
So I started asking deeper questions.
And then life confronted me with death for real.
Mayra and I almost lost our lives in the Beirut explosion.
Later, I watched my father slowly lose his ability to breathe because of pulmonary fibrosis, until the day I had to say goodbye to him.
But later didn’t come.
That changed something inside me forever.
My pain made me curious.
About breath. Nature. Love. Grief. Consciousness. Plant medicine. Psychedelics. My relationships. And ultimately, what it actually means to be alive.
I started facing the parts of myself I used to avoid.
And I realized:
I don’t want to wait for life to hurt me again before I choose to live it.
Today, I give myself the freedom to explore.
To keep discovering the man I am becoming.
That’s why I created this journey.
I didn’t learn these things from a book. Life made me live them.
My pain became one of my greatest teachers.
Every chapter forced me to look deeper into myself and brought me closer to the man I am today.
And through all of it, I learned something simple:
I don’t want to just be alive. I want to feel alive.
Now, I’m here to walk this journey with you.

Your First Mission
Notice what happens inside you when there is nothing to produce, nothing to prove and nobody watching.
Maybe this journey has already started.
Somewhere you know, close to home, and tell someone where you are going. The point is the quiet, not the distance.
The Application
The first step is an honest application.
This journey asks for real commitment, so I only work with men where the fit is genuine. Your answers tell me where you are, what you are carrying and what you are ready for.
If the programme feels aligned, we will speak about your goals, your current reality and the transformation you are ready to create. If it is not the right time, I will tell you that honestly and point you toward something better suited.
Questions
No. Dance is one pillar of eight, and it is only used when it is relevant to you. If you dance, we use the floor as a mirror for how you lead, connect and express yourself in life. If you do not dance, that time goes into the pillars that matter more for you, such as body, style, relationships or purpose.
Not at all. Many of the men who come here have never worked with a mentor before. You do not need the right vocabulary or any prior inner work. You need honesty and the willingness to act on what we uncover.
Most men who apply do. The programme is built for a working life, not for a retreat. The habits are small and repeatable, the missions are designed to fit into evenings and weekends, and the calls are scheduled around you. If your schedule is genuinely impossible for the next three months, we will talk about better timing.
Each call has a clear focus, from the first assessment through to the final integration. We look at where you are, what is blocking you, and what the next concrete step is. There is space for honest conversation, and you always leave with clarity and specific actions. Calls take place by video and are scheduled in advance.
You can write to me during the ninety days when something real comes up. A decision, a fear, a difficult conversation, a win worth marking. I reply within my working hours, usually on the same or the next working day. It is direct access to your mentor, not an instant chat service, and it works best when you use it for the moments that matter.
Short videos recorded specifically for you, based on where you are in the journey. If you are working on posture and presence, you receive a video about your posture and presence. They are yours to keep and rewatch. They are not a library of pre recorded lessons sent to everyone.
Plan for around two to four hours a week, plus one longer experience every week or two, such as a morning in nature or an event you attend alone. Much of the work is not extra time. It is doing what you already do, differently, with attention.
No. This is mentorship and personal development. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric care or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If something comes up that needs professional clinical support, I will say so clearly and encourage you to seek it. Mentorship and therapy can work well alongside each other.
Relationships are one of the pillars, and we work on them directly. The approach is self knowledge, honest communication, emotional availability and real courage, not techniques or scripts. I cannot promise you a partner, and no honest person can. What I can work on with you is the man showing up, the way you choose, and the way you let people in.
Yes. We assess your current wardrobe, identify what actually fits your body and your identity, and build a personal style step by step. That includes grooming, colour, shoes, accessories and fragrance where relevant. The aim is not to make you fashionable. It is to make what people see match who you are.
That is one of the most common reasons men apply, and it is a good starting point rather than a problem. We are not building a character or teaching you to perform. We work on presence, direction, boundaries, responsibility and courage, and those qualities grow through practice, not through belief. Feeling far from it today changes nothing about your capacity for it.
The investment is €1,777 for the complete ninety day journey. It can be paid in full, and payment options can be discussed on our call after your application. Nothing is charged before we have spoken and both agreed the fit is right. The investment for future journeys will be €2,999.
I read your application personally and reply within two to three working days. If it looks like a genuine fit, I invite you to a conversation about your goals and your current reality. If it is not the right journey or the right moment for you, I will say so honestly. There is no pressure at any point, and you are free to take the time you need.
The Invitation
It is the man who wakes up every morning and lives your life.
Become the man your future partner can trust.
Become the man your family can rely on.
Become the man your younger self would recognise.
Become the man you were meant to be.
